Flatland Books are always seeking to buy quality single items, large personal collections and institutional archives from anywhere in the world.
Please email us with a brief description and/or photograph(s) whenever possible.

Shipping
Books are shipped from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Please note: we ship orders once a week. Customers will receive a confirmation email once an order has been shipped.
Expedited delivery and private carrier services are available for an additional charge, please contact us for options. Oversized packages or items needing increased insurance may require additional shipping charges.
OVER-SEAS/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we offer limited over-seas/international shipping services. If you wish to place an order and live outside of Canada and the U.S., please email us and we can work toward fulfilling your order.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Flatland Books. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Flatland Books delivers these items to the carrier.
In the unlikely event you believe an item has become lost during transit, please contact us immediately.
Returns
All sales are final, except in cases where incorrect or damaged items are received.
In the event of a problem, items can be returned within three working days of receipt, provided they are in their original, new condition (with the exception of items returned that were already damaged upon receipt). Send us an email with your name, address, order ID and a description of the problem.
You will receive an answer from us with instructions within 5 working days. We accept no responsibility for packages which do not reach us or go missing in transit. Return shipping cost is the purchaser's responsibility, refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item in identical condition as originally dispatched.
